Ashley Sailors

Ashley Sailors is a Sales Executive with FNIC, where she partners with employers to build benefit strategies that support employee wellness while managing costs. Her background spans leadership roles in healthcare staffing, business ownership, and wellness, giving her a strong foundation in understanding the needs of both organizations and their people. Ashley’s role is centered on building relationships and helping clients create solutions that make a meaningful impact.

She brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work, guided by authenticity, integrity, and a passion for collaboration. Ashley enjoys working closely with clients to develop strategies that not only retain talent but also foster a culture of care and connection. Her career has been shaped by a drive to empower others, whether through mentoring, leading teams, or delivering a TEDx Talk, and she finds the most fulfillment in seeing those around her thrive.

Outside of work, Ashley stays active in the gym and enjoys biking local trails. She and her husband have four daughters who fill their home with energy, laughter, and plenty of life lessons. Ashley is also passionate about giving back and previously co-founded The Fit Foundation, a nonprofit that partnered with organizations like Make-A-Wish, Project Harmony, The Hope Center, and City Sprouts to support meaningful causes through community events and outreach.
