Clint Ruether

Clint Ruether is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 15 years of experience in commercial insurance, working closely with many clients in the agriculture and contractor industries. A Nebraska native, Clint grew up in a small rural community and later graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His entrepreneurial roots run deep—early in his career, he founded and operated a successful fencing company, where he honed his leadership skills and developed a strong appreciation for the values of hard work, determination, and client service.

Clint transitioned into the insurance industry after being introduced through business clients and peer recommendations—an opportunity that quickly proved to be the right fit. Today, he serves as a Sales Executive in Commercial Insurance at FNIC’s Grand Island office, where he focuses on building long‑term relationships and designing relevant, strategic insurance programs that support his clients’ business goals. Known for his practical, relationship‑driven approach, Clint understands that his clients’ time is valuable. He takes pride in providing responsive, knowledgeable guidance that helps organizations protect their people, assets, and future.

Outside of work, Clint is deeply rooted in his community. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending their sporting events, and taking family trips to the lake. Clint has coached multiple youth activities and remains an active member of his church.
