Dawn Butler

Dawn Butler is a Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Leader for Iowa and South Dakota with FNIC. She began her insurance career in April 1987 with what was then Sibley Insurance Agency and has grown alongside the organization through its evolution into FNIC. Over the years, Dawn has held a variety of leadership roles, including Location Leader and State Director, building a broad understanding of both client needs and agency operations. She primarily works with middle to large commercial and farm accounts, helping clients navigate coverage decisions that support their businesses and livelihoods.

Dawn is known for her steady leadership style, strong industry knowledge, and commitment to long term relationships. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation and is licensed in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Her dedication to her work has been recognized through multiple industry awards, including ongoing achievement recognition from KHI Solutions and sales honors from carrier partners. As part of her professional role, Dawn also contributes her experience as a member of the KHI Solutions Agent Advisory Council and the National Association of Health Underwriters.

Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities, Dawn values collaboration, mentorship, and helping others succeed, both within FNIC and across the industry.
