Dustin has over a decade of surety underwriting experience, starting with his tenure at Merchants Bonding and subsequently serving as Vice President, Senior Contract Underwriter with Swiss Re – NAS Surety Group. In addition, he has eight years of experience with FNIC and is currently a Sales Executive – Senior Vice President Bonds, where he supports his clients with consultative advice and tailored solutions.
Dustin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing, from Wartburg College. He was a member of the Wartburg Knights wrestling team that won NCAA Division III National Titles in 2004 and 2006.
Dustin is currently a board member of the AGC Nebraska Building Chapter. He brings a wealth of experience related to financial statement presentation, general and subcontractor risk‑mitigation tools, construction operations, and maximizing surety capacity.
