Elizabeth Carlson

Elizabeth Carlson is a VP and Supervisor of Production Agents at FNIC, holding both her Property and Casualty and Life and Health designations. In her role, Elizabeth supports agents as they build their skills, strengthen client relationships, and grow with confidence. Her path into insurance began during her college years, when a referral led her to a part‑time position with a local agent in Topeka. That early experience introduced her to office life, customer service, and the fast‑paced environment of client support, laying the groundwork for the career she would build in the industry.

Elizabeth enjoys helping people recognize their potential and take meaningful steps in their development. She values accountability, teamwork, and the steady leadership she learned growing up in the small town of Council Grove, Kansas. With her father as a model of commitment and service, she brings a hands‑on approach to her work and finds energy in seeing others grow. One of her proudest achievements was ensuring a smooth transition for her team when relocating from Wyoming to Nebraska, a reflection of the care she brings to every role.

Outside of work, Elizabeth loves reading, spending time at the zoo with her family, and anything related to Harry Potter. She also continues to support her Delta Gamma sorority as a volunteer mentor.
