Jodi Larkin

Jodi Larkin is a PA Lead in personal lines and a Location Leader with FNIC. She joined the company in 2010 after 25 years in a life and health agency, where she built a strong foundation in client service and insurance operations. Jodi entered the industry when her father‑in‑law encouraged her to help with administrative work, which led her to earn multiple insurance licenses over the years.

Jodi enjoys helping clients understand the “why” behind their coverage and takes pride in mentoring newer agents. She values doing what is truly best for the insured and believes the most important time to ensure the details are correct is before a claim ever happens. Being part of the PA team has become one of her favorite aspects of her role thanks to the group’s collaboration and supportive leadership.

Outside the office, Jodi loves spending time with her grandkids, cooking, baking, reading, and exploring online shopping finds. She is also active in her community, serving on the Board of Leadership York and the planning commission in Benedict, Nebraska.
