Kate’s career journey began in education, earning her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Nebraska Omaha. She taught at Omaha Public Schools and later served as a Family Teacher at Boys Town before transitioning into sales roles to gain flexibility for her family. Over the years, she has consistently outperformed sales quotas, earning her a place in the President’s Club. Her approach to sales is collaborative—she thrives in team-selling environments that foster learning and growth through shared experiences and insights. In addition, Kate has spent the past decade working closely with small businesses, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kate enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family. A recent passion for sourdough baking has led her to explore creative recipes, resulting in a surplus of homemade bread, bagels, and muffins she generously shares with others.
