Maradeth Brooks

Maradeth is a Lead Production Agent and Location Leader with FNIC, where she supports clients while also guiding and mentoring fellow agents. She began her career with FNBO, spending more than a decade in a variety of customer-facing and operational roles. Through experiences in banking, lending, and relationship management, Maradeth developed a strong foundation in financial services and client support. In 2019, she transitioned into insurance when an opportunity opened at the local agency, allowing her to continue serving clients while applying her background in a new way.

Maradeth brings a thoughtful and people-focused approach to her work, rooted in honesty, clarity, and consistency. She enjoys helping clients understand their coverage by breaking policies into clear, relatable terms so they can make informed decisions with confidence. Recently promoted to Lead Production Agent, Maradeth finds special fulfillment in mentoring others and helping the team grow together. She is also actively involved in her community, serving in leadership roles with the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

Outside of work, Maradeth enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and getting outdoors as long as Nebraska isn’t turning up the heat too much.
