With more than 20 years of experience in commercial and personal insurance, he brings a steady, practical approach to his work. Mike leads regional sales efforts by shaping strategy, supporting his team of Sales Executives, and building strong partnerships across FNIC and with carrier representatives. He also keeps a close eye on market trends, helping his team stay aligned with changing client needs.
Mike is known for being accessible and committed to helping clients clearly understand their coverage. He values collaboration and works to create a culture where people feel supported and motivated to grow. His leadership extends beyond FNIC, having served as past president of the Professional Insurance Agents of Nebraska and Iowa and as a member of Iowa Mutual’s President’s Advisory Council. He also gives back locally as chair of the golf outing fundraiser committee at his parish.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active in his community and supporting youth activities.
