Misti Johnson

Misti Johnson is a Production Agent and location leader with FNIC, bringing more than 27 years of experience in the insurance industry to her role. She began her career with the organization in June 2000, when it was known as Burt County Insurance Agency, and has remained with the company through its growth and evolution, including the consolidation of all agencies under the FNIC name in 2020. Throughout her career, Misti has built long standing relationships with clients and takes pride in providing consistent, dependable service rooted in trust.

Misti’s professional approach is deeply influenced by her agricultural background. She grew up on a farm and has continued that way of life alongside her husband, helping operate their family’s farming operation for decades. Her experience in grain farming and livestock production helped shape her strong work ethic, adaptability, and appreciation for responsibility, qualities she brings into her work with clients. Misti values being a reliable resource and enjoys serving the clients and communities she knows so well, many of whom share similar agricultural roots.

Outside of work, Misti remains actively involved in her family’s farming operation. Her lifelong connection to agriculture continues to shape her perspective and reinforces her commitment to hard work, dedication, and supporting others in meaningful ways.
