Molly Klocke is a Production Agent with FNIC who brings more than two decades of experience serving customers in financial services and insurance. She began her career with Landmands Bank and Landmands Insurance in 2004, working in bank operations, bookkeeping, and crop insurance processing. That early exposure to both accounting and insurance gave Molly a strong foundation in understanding how the business supports clients behind the scenes. Over time, her role evolved as she moved from FNIC’s accounting team into production, allowing her to continue serving customers in a more direct way.
Molly enjoys the relationships she builds with the people who walk through her office doors and appreciates that each day brings something new. She values organization and follow through, often describing her work style as making a plan and seeing it through to completion. Molly chose to join FNIC as a Production Agent during an agent retirement, driven by the importance of maintaining a local presence and ensuring customers continue to receive personalized service they trust.
Outside of work, Molly and her husband farm more than 5,000 acres with two of their sons in west central Iowa. She is a mother of six and a proud grandmother. Molly enjoys quilting and sewing handmade gifts, and she volunteers as a board member and treasurer for the Rose Theater, a nonprofit movie theater serving her community.
