Ramon grew up in the food industry, as an owner/operator, and later spent time in foodservice distribution. His ability to draw from his experience as an entrepreneur allows him to connect with other business owners and provide solutions to their problems. This talent led him to Omaha National where he assisted insurance agents in Southern California provide workers’ compensation solutions to high-mod contractors. After much success in the California market, Ramon took on a management role overseeing the company’s efforts in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
Ramon loves meeting new people and learning about their businesses and operations. As a member of FNIC’s commercial insurance team, his experience working with an insurance carrier allows him to advocate on behalf of his clients. He is solutions focused and takes time to understand the goals of his clients.
