Traci Hynes

Traci Hynes brings more than four decades of experience in the insurance industry. Her insurance career began in 1981 when family members who owned a local insurance agency invited her to join their business. Since then, Traci has built a career centered on helping individuals and families understand their coverage options and make informed decisions with confidence. She became a licensed personal lines agent and customer service representative in 1981 and worked with several agencies throughout her career, including Spencer Insurance Services, which became part of FNIC in 2023.

What Traci enjoys most about her work is helping people. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to learning, adapting to industry changes, and providing responsive service grounded in compassion and reliability. She believes every client deserves personalized attention and honest guidance, and she takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust. Her experience and dedication have helped countless clients feel confident as they navigate important insurance decisions.

Outside of work, Traci’s greatest joy comes from spending time with her family, including four grandchildren and cheering them on at many activities, including baseball, soccer, football, basketball, band, choir, and school plays. She is also active in her community as a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Spencer and the Catholic Daughters organization.
