Administrative Account Assistant, Benefits
Some people are born to help others and in the insurance industry, there is no shortage of people who need our help! We’re currently looking for an Administrative Account Assistant who will work with our Sales Executives and Benefits Specialists to provide exceptional service to our clients. This is an excellent role for anyone who is looking to get their insurance career started!
What’s the work like?
Assist in our business conversion project which includes (but may not be limited to), entry of accounts, and the scanning and indexing paper files to our electronic file maintenance system
Assist department team members with general service needs, including but not limited to, responding to client emails and calls, processing insurance quotes, preparing insurance policy summaries and presentation materials, entering applications, coordinating with carriers on enrollments, censuses, payments, and other reporting requirements, and maintaining client files.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in employee benefits, specifically individual policies, and possess a willingness to grow.
