FNIC is pleased to announce that Steve Eck has joined the organization as Chief Sales Officer, effective July 7, 2026. As a member of FNIC’s Senior Management Team, Steve will lead the company’s sales strategy as FNIC continues to grow and serve clients throughout the region.
Steve joins FNIC from FNBO, where he spent nearly 13 years in leadership roles, most recently serving as Managing Director in Commercial Banking. Throughout his career, he has built strong relationships with business owners and guided teams focused on delivering tailored financial solutions. Prior to FNBO, Steve began his career as a Certified Public Accountant and maintains his CPA license. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Creighton University.
In his new role, Steve will help advance FNIC’s growth initiatives, support sales leadership across business lines, and further strengthen the organization’s commitment to building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
