After evaluating several insurance agencies in Omaha, NE (both large and small agencies) I am so happy I ended up where I did. In nearly three years, FNIC has become my second family and has provided me with the resources to be successful in my career, in addition to, raising four small children. I have not looked backed a single day on my decision to work for FNIC and I am blessed to be working here. In addition to being a personally rewarding place to work, I also enjoy the fact that it is a client facing role. It allows me the opportunity to develop relationships with my clients that goes deeper than discussing insurance. Overall, FNIC and the commercial insurance industry has been more than what I thought it would be and I only wish I would have stumbled upon this career earlier in my professional lifetime!

When you have great employees, its easy to be a part of the team and work together when it is needed the most. My favorite part about working in insurance is the client interaction. I was really worried about not making the same connections with clients as a remote worker, but I can tell you, I have some great relationships formed already with clients in a different state. I love being able to ask how the kids are this week and getting to know them on a personal level in order to help them cover what is needed in the event of a loss. FNIC is great!
