IT Help Desk Intern:

As an IT Help Desk Intern, you will work with your mentoring managers and assist all departments with their technology needs and inquiries and help to ensure that we are always one step ahead. What’s the work like?

You will…

  • act as a first responder to IT support inquiries and elevate issues as needed
  • work with a mentoring manager on a variety of technology related projects which may include but are not limited to:
    • large PC upgrade project
    • internal system program development

What do I need to know?

  • Must be able to work 20+ hours/week during your internship
  • Must be at least a junior or senior in college

You have to…

  • have a high school diploma
  • have a  proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • excellent troubleshooting skills
  • an ability to work independently AND strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

We’d like it if you have…

  • previous experience with PC configuration and deployment
  • experience assisting others with IT related problems
