Andy joined the Employee Benefits Department of The Harry A. Koch Co., now FNIC, in 1996 as an Account Executive, then was named First Vice President in 2000, Vice President in June 2002 and in 2013, was promoted to Senior Vice President. Andy quickly mastered the complexities of the healthcare market and now serves his clients as a resource and consultant in their strategic initiatives as it relates to their employee benefits offerings. His area of expertise is in health care and alternative funding of medical benefits. Due to his expanded client base he has developed special skills in handling multiple employer trusts as well as large consolidation projects.

Andy is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). He currently holds Nebraska Resident Agent, Broker and Consultant licenses, and is Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF).

In his spare time, Andy likes to play golf when he and his wife are not watching their boys play sports. He serves on the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association, is an Executive Leader in the American Heart Association Heart Walk and a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Wenceslaus parish in Omaha.
