Scott joined the Employee Benefits Department of The Harry A. Koch Co., now FNIC, in 2003 as a Sales Executive, was named Vice President in 2007, and was recently promoted to Senior Vice President. Scott has over 20 years of employee benefits experience, having worked for a major insurance company and large managed care organizations.

Scott has earned a Nebraska Resident Agent’s license in Life Insurance and Annuities, Sickness Accident and Health. He is also a licensed Consultant for Life and Health insurance. Scott is currently pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
